━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✅ APPROVE A WAITING WORKFLOW STEP FROM YOUR DASHBOARD ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Waiting steps are now the first thing in Needs Attention. A workflow step that only needs your approval used to live in the notification bell and on the project's Workflows tab. Your Dashboard now has a section called: Waiting for Your Approval You'll see one row for each waiting step, including the client and the step that needs your attention. Dashboard → Needs Attention → Waiting for Your Approval • Approve & Send is right there. Click it and the step runs. If it's an email step, you'll see the finished email first so you can read or edit it before it goes out. • Only steps you can actually act on are shown. You won't see waiting steps from: • Paused workflows • Archived projects • Cancelled projects • Deleted projects ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💳 ADD A PAYMENT PLAN TO AN INVOICE YOU ALREADY CREATED ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Forgot to turn on the Deposit + Balance plan? You can add it afterward. Open the invoice from: • Payments • Project → Financials • Work Order → Invoice If the invoice is still a Draft or has been Sent, and no payment or charge has been recorded yet, you'll see: Add Payment Plan • Choose the deposit percentage and balance date. Pick your Deposit percentage and, if you'd like, set a Balance Due Date. The Deposit uses the invoice's current due date. If you add a Balance Due Date, the invoice's main Due Date moves to that balance date. If your client already paid a deposit on the proposal, that payment counts toward the Deposit. • Already recorded money on the invoice? Use: Edit Dates → Add Charge instead. • Deposit and Balance dates now stay where you put them. Editing an invoice could previously overwrite the Deposit due date with the Balance due date. That's fixed. Each payment stage now keeps its own date when the invoice is edited. If you intentionally change the invoice's Due Date, the Balance date moves — not the Deposit. If you move the Balance earlier than the Deposit, the Deposit moves earlier too so the Balance can never be due before the Deposit. Important: If an older invoice already had its Deposit date overwritten, VowProof will not change it automatically. Use Edit Dates to put it back where you want it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎨 STYLE YOUR FORMS & QUESTIONNAIRES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Forms & Questionnaires now has its own Per-Page Style. Client Experience → Pages → Per-Page Style → Forms & Questionnaires Hosted forms and questionnaire pages can now have their own: • Background • Accent color • Spacing • Corner style • Button style • Heading style • Link style • Background image • Here's which styling takes priority. The Centered header treatment now centers the complete questionnaire header, including: • Icon • Title • Header content Editing Per-Page Styles is part of the Professional Plan, just like the other client pages. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✉️ START PROPOSAL & CONTRACT EMAILS FROM A TEMPLATE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Start from one of your saved email templates. Send Proposal and Send Contract now include: Start From an Email Template Choose a saved template and VowProof fills in the subject and message for you. You can then edit anything you'd like before sending. On Send Proposal, the option appears when the proposal doesn't already have an email template linked to it. • Attach files when sending a contract. Send Contract now includes an attachment picker. Add up to five files from: • Your computer • Your VowProof Library Great for sending things like reference material or sneak-peek images along with the contract. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📎 EMAIL ATTACHMENTS: 3MB TOTAL, EVERYWHERE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Email attachments now have one clear limit. You can attach: Up to 5 files 3MB total Some email composers previously said 20MB while workflow emails said 15MB. In reality, larger uploads could fail before reaching those limits. Every attachment picker now shows the actual limit and warns you immediately if your files are too large. Need to send something bigger? Upload it elsewhere and share the link in your message. • Attachments are checked before anything happens. VowProof now validates the file type, contents, and size before proceeding. This applies to attachments sent from: • Send Proposal • Compose • Project → Send Email • Share Proof • Invoice emails That means an invalid attachment won't cause an email to partially send, mark an invoice as sent, or cancel a scheduled invoice email before telling you there's a problem. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔧 SMALLER FIXES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Returning from Stripe twice no longer shows a false error. Settings would then show an invalid-link message even though Stripe was already connected. It now correctly shows the successful connection for the studio you connected. • The Dashboard should feel faster. VowProof's servers now run in the same region as the database. Dashboard cards also load alongside each other instead of waiting for one another.
